New South Wales goes to the poles on the 28th March 2015 to elect the next state government. Smarter Macarthur was wondering what this could mean for Campbelltown, and the Macarthur region. In this article we summarise the interview with Bryan Doyle, who has represented Campbelltown for the Liberal Party of Australia since 2011.
Interview with Bryan Doyle
Bryan Doyle served 27 years in the NSW Police Force before he was elected as the Liberal Member for Campbelltown. Bryan and his family have lived in Campbelltown since 1986.
Q. What do you see as the major issues for Campbelltown leading into the state election?
A. Infrastructure and developing on our status as a regional city.
Q. What do you see as the major opportunities for Campbelltown and Macarthur at the moment?
A. Our health precinct, with stage one of the hospital close to completion and stage two should be announced soon and the clinical school training locally trained doctors.
